Wednesday 2 April 2020 – As always, we remain committed to helping our valued customers find their dream home, and that’s why we’re continually innovating to make the process of visiting our display apartments straightforward.

Virtual Tours

Our new virtual tours allow you to experience all the aspects of our award-winning apartments, but from the comfort of your own home. With these immersive online tours, you can take a ‘virtual’ walk through each room of an apartment, exploring each property’s key features and benefits at your leisure.

Display Suites

Our display suite is currently closed…but we’re still here for you!

We are currently conducting private display suite tours by appointment only. Each appointment will be capped at 30 minutes per visit, and appointments can only be conducted on a 1-to-1 basis i.e. 1 customer per sales agent. If you are visiting as a couple or a family group, each member will need to tour the display suite separately.

Upon entering and leaving our display suites, we also ask that you kindly use the hand sanitiser provided. All visitors entering our display suites will also be asked the following questions as a precaution:

• Have you travelled or transited through a country outside of Australia in the last 14 days?
• Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed as having COVID-19?
• Do you have a fever or are you displaying flu–like symptoms?

Head Office

At present, like many businesses, we are following Australian Government Department of Health guidelines regarding social distancing relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and as such, we have mobilised many of our employees to work from home.

We currently have limited staff in the office, and our employees are working at staggered times to minimise interaction. If you would like to make an appointment with a specific staff member of Greenland Australia, please call the person directly and they will make appropriate arrangements to meet with you.
