Construction Update (October 2019)

We’re happy to report that construction is nearing completion, with nbh on schedule to be handed over to our first residents by the end of 2019.

The finishing touches are currently being applied to all apartments and building façades, while landscaping works are well underway at street level and in nbh’s garden areas.

The nbh Community Centre, which is set to be operated by the City of Ryde, is currently undergoing fit out as well, with the Centre due to be completed at the end of 2019 along with the rest of the development.

Meanwhile, the ‘Skipping Stones’ public artwork, announced in our last update, is in production and is due to be delivered to site this month for installation.
It’s exciting to be approaching the finish line on this major project and we can’t wait to see the future nbh community grow and prosper.
