Super High-rise Buildings

A leader in the development of super high-rise buildings, it is widely recognised as an innovator in the development of super high-rises around the globe, and was behind the iconic Greenland Centre in Sydney – Greenland’s first landmark tower in Australia. Currently, 23 super high-rise landmark buildings are currently under construction or completed by the Group, four of which are ranked in the world’s top 10 in height. Projects include:

    A multi-functional triangular conical tower building complex includes five-star hotels, HQ offices, high-end businesses and top-grade seaview apartments. Resembling a map tower, this building functions as an important landmark reflecting the internationalisation trend of Dalian.

    Description

    The faceted glass form of the office and hotel tower was inspired by the unique ice mountain topography around Chengdu. It will be accompanied by two smaller residential towers standing at 115m and 147m and a six-storey podium housing a shopping centre, conference and exhibition space and a roof garden.

    Description

    A mixed-use complex comprising of several buildings resting on two sites, parcels A1 and A2. Parcel A1 contains a podium connecting two towers. The taller 450m tower consists of offices and hotels, and the 100m tower contains purely office space. The shape and placement of the buildings are designed to echo the geometry of the existing roads and maximise the buildings views of the surrounding mountain.

    Description

    Greenland Group’s first landmark tower in the heart of Sydney CBD and the city’s tallest residential building with 478 apartments plus luxury penthouses to the adjacent heritage listed former Metropolitan Water, Sewerage and Drainage Board building to be developed by Greenland into a premium five-star boutique Primus Hotel with 172 appointed rooms. A $25 million state-of-the-art creative hub featuring dance, theatre, music, film and visual arts facilities will also be built on site.
