The Australian arm of the Greenland Group business, Greenland Australia, is based in Sydney and since its establishment in 2013, has become known as one of the country’s leading developers of residential communities. Greenland Australia leverages its parent company’s extensive international track record, commitment to design innovation, quality and efficiency, in combination with its local market expertise, to develop distinctive residential projects.

Greenland Australia is currently planning or developing an extensive diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties valued at up to $2 billion, with the company’s flagship Sydney CBD project, ‘Greenland Centre Sydney’, currently under construction. Upon its completion in late 2020, Greenland Centre Sydney is set to become one of the tallest residential towers in the city, rising 66 storeys (235 metres).

Greenland Centre Sydney neighbours and enjoys direct links with the company’s first Australian project, ‘Primus Hotel Sydney’, a converted heritage five-star boutique hotel, which opened in late 2015.

The company is also developing ‘Park Sydney’ in Erskineville, one of the largest urban renewal projects in Sydney, in partnership with GH Australia, and recently completed its landmark ‘Omnia’ project in Potts Point (November 2018).

The company’s other projects include ‘nbh at Lachlan’s Line’ in Macquarie Park (currently under construction), ‘Lucent North Sydney’ and ‘Leichhardt Green’ (all completed).
