Greenland Australia is the Australasian division of global property development company, Greenland Group, headquartered in Shanghai, China.

Since its incorporation in 2013, Greenland Australia has undertaken several property developments in major capital cities including Sydney and Melbourne. In Sydney, the group has commenced construction of ‘Greenland Centre Sydney’, its flagship development and Sydney’s tallest residential tower on the site of the former Sydney Water head office on Bathurst Street. Phase one of this project, the five-star Primus Hotel Sydney on Pitt Street, opened for business in December 2015. ‘Lucent’ in North Sydney was Greenland’s second development in Sydney. The luxury residential apartment building, which has set the benchmark for residential living in North Sydney, was completed in June 2016.

‘Leichhardt Green’ is an urban residential community comprised of five low-rise apartment buildings in Leichhardt, Sydney. Greenland Australia aims to complete this project by late 2017. ‘nbh’ at Lachlan’s Line, Macquarie Park, will see approximately 900 apartments built alongside the thriving business district. This transport oriented development went to market in July 2016. ‘Omnia’ in Potts Point, a premium boutique development, further showcases the diversity of projects Greenland has in its portfolio.

In late June 2016, Greenland Australia and GH Properties acquired the majority of land earmarked for their joint mixed use development on the 6.9 hectare Ashmore Industrial Estate at Erskineville in Sydney. Ashmore Estate will make a positive contribution to the City of Sydney’s Sustainable Sydney 2030 vision and targets.

Greenland Australia has ambitions and scope for future property developments in Sydney, NSW, along with other Australian capital cities.
